This EasyPatch project in Lemont, IL involved rebuilding an interior wall after water intrusion associated with a foundation crack. We replaced the insulation, installed new drywall, taped the seams, applied three coats of joint compound, sanded the surface, and applied primer. The before photo shows the wall opened with framing, insulation, and concrete exposed. The after photo shows the repaired wall at the primer stage, ready for the next painting step. The photos document the interior wall repair through primer; foundation repair, waterproofing, and finish painting are separate scopes.
